Outside of Working Hours

Fortunately there are very few serious orthodontic emergencies. If you have a problem with a broken brace that is not causing pain, please telephone the practice during our normal working hours and we will advise you what to do. A broken bracket can often be dealt with at your following routine appointment and a sharp wire can sometimes simply be trimmed with a pair of nail clippers.

Access Dental provides the emergency out-of-hours dental service for NHS patients with serious dental problems. Access to this service is provided by telephone only on 01392 823682

Sat / Sun / Bank holidays 24 hours
At other times dental advice is available via the NHS 111 service

Patients should attend their nearest Accident & Emergency department if they are experiencing swelling affecting their breathing or severe trauma for immediate care.
