Adrian Snelgrove - BDS M.MedSci. FFD MOrth RCS

Adrian studied dentistry at the University of Liverpool and qualified in 1985. He subsequently worked in the departments of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Royal Devon and Exeter and Torbay hospitals respectively. He also obtained experience in general dental practice in Exeter. In 1989 he successfully passed the Fellowship in Dental Surgery examination awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons of Dublin.

Adrian started his postgraduate orthodontic training in Sheffield in 1991 with a regional commitment at Chesterfield hospital. He was awarded the Master of Medical Science Degree in Orthodontics (University of Sheffield) in 1993 and the Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1994.

With his specialist qualifications under his belt, Adrian moved back down to the West Country and was joined the Exeter Orthodontic Practice in 1995 becoming a partner in 2000.

Adrian is an active member of the British Orthodontic Society and has served on several committees. He is currently the conference treasurer. He is also a member of the British Dental Society and past chairman of the Exeter and District Orthodontic Study Circle.

Adrian is married to Debbie and has two daughters, Louise and Emily as well as two dogs and a cat. When he is not at work he enjoys the excitement of mountain biking and scuba diving.
